What we collect and why

The inquiry form collects your name, company, email address, optional phone number, country, product interest, optional quantity and message to answer your inquiry, prepare quotations, discuss projects and prevent abuse. We also record submission time, the privacy notice version accepted, and necessary security logs. Please do not submit identity numbers, payment card details or other sensitive information unrelated to your inquiry.

Storage and recipients

Inquiries are stored on the business website and synchronized to an internal CRM used for sales follow-up. Website, CRM and backup infrastructure are provided by [待补：PROCESSOR], with primary storage in [待补：REGION]. Notification emails contain only an alert, not the form contents.
